This is the first time this has come up, but I had a customer email me this week indicating that he had not received the digital download that he had purchased through my site (digital service called CD Baby). No worries, to my knowledge everyone seems to be getting their downloads just fine! I wrote CD baby about it , and wanted to share these helpful instructions that I received:

Hey Libby,

Anytime that anyone purchases a MP3 download from CD Baby, the download is
always available in their account. They can download it again free of charge!
Here are the instructions so that you can forward the info to them!

-log into your account at cdbaby.com
-click on the digital download tab on the left hand side of the page
-locate the purchased song and click on the green download tab to the right

You will be prompted to open or to save the file. We recommend saving the file
to a visable location like the desktop.
