I’ve been working on bits and pieces of several songs, but mostly video production. I decided to record my own Christmas song, “What Christmas Means to Me”. I wrote this song a few days before Christmas last year – it was originally recorded with children singing. I gave the girls copies of the CD to give to their mother for Christmas. What a surprise it was! That version can be heard on my music player and the video can be watched on my MORE VIDEOS page. Alternatively, you can find the song on YouTube under libbyallensongs.
I created a new video to my version of the song and added musical turnarounds to give time for the listener to contemplate…truth is, I needed time to breathe when singing it! – not sure how Shannon and Kaitlyn (the young ladies who sang it originally) pulled that off on their version.
